I am a British photographer based in London. My practice is rooted in storytelling, whether I’m documenting the intimate and demanding nature of bouldering or exploring the nuances of the human form in a commercial context. I frequently shoot on film which, for me, offers a sense of permanence and authenticity that digital images struggle to replicate.
I am currently working on a documentary series focused on bouldering, which has taken me to locations in England, Fontainebleau, and Albacete. This project combines my love for adventure and my deep appreciation for the physical and mental challenges faced by climbers.
My experience in the field extends beyond my personal work; with over two years of experience as a studio and lighting technician, and a career that began assisting on shoots at the age of 10, I have a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the photographic process. Recently, I was the first assistant on a 10-day fashion shoot in India, further expanding my expertise in large-scale productions.
With a background that includes a BA in Commercial Photography and an MA in Photography from Arts University Bournemouth, I bring both technical proficiency and artistic vision to every project. My work has been recognized with seven finalist images in AOP competitions, which further motivates me to continue pushing the boundaries of my craft.
